Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, or sustainable industries.
- Familiarity with safety standards, ISO systems, and environmental regulations (experience in coconut processing is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to safety management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of industry safety protocols and environmental compliance requirements.
- Willing to attend offline interviews and placement in Tarahan, South Lampung.
