We are currently seeking a visionary and dedicated Headmaster to lead a growing Islamic boarding school (boys only) in Bekasi City, West Java. The ideal candidate is a creative and experienced school leader who can build a high-achieving and attractive educational environment for students and parents.
🔹 Qualifications:
- Muslim, committed to Islamic values in education and leadership.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a school principal/headmaster (preferably in an Islamic school or pesantren).
- Holds a relevant and linear educational background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related fields).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates innovative ideas to enhance school performance and student enrollment.
- Willing to work full time on-site in Bekasi City
💼 Job Description:
- Lead academic and character development programs.
- Supervise and support teachers and staff
- Build positive engagement with students, parents, and the school community.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance school quality and reputation.
- Collaborate with the foundation and HR for talent and institutional development.
