We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Head Tutor, a role that plays a crucial part in shaping the educational experience of our students and guiding our teaching staff. The Head Tutor will be responsible for overseeing the teaching activities and ensuring the quality of instruction provided by the tutors. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective lesson plans, conducting regular training sessions for teaching staff, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a positive and motivating learning environment. The Head Tutor will also collaborate with the management to evaluate and improve the curriculum, while fostering strong communication with both students and parents. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies.

We are looking for a female candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably related to education or English. Candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of experience in teaching or a similar role, with a proven ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons. Strong English language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching are essential.
