π We're Hiring: Head Teacher β Genstarkids
Are you an experienced educator who is passionate about teaching, developing teachers, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children? Join us as a Head Teacher and help shape academic excellence at Genstarkids!
β¨ What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead & Develop Teachers: Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to teachers to improve teaching quality and classroom management.
* Drive Academic Excellence: Ensure high-quality teaching and effective implementation of the curriculum across classes.
* Apply Effective Teaching Approaches: Guide teachers in applying child-centered approaches such as Montessori, student-centered learning, or project-based learning.
* Drive Student Retention: Monitor attendance, student progress, engagement, and renewal, and work with teachers and parents to improve the student experience.
* Build Parent Relationships: Communicate student progress, address concerns, and build strong relationships with parents.
* Support Enrollment: Represent Genstarkids in events, trial classes, and parent consultations to support student enrollment.
π― What We're Looking For:
* Experience in teaching, education management, and leading or mentoring teachers.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
* Familiarity with curricula such as Cambridge, Pearson, IB, or similar frameworks.
* Understanding of child-centered teaching approaches such as Montessori or project-based learning.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when working with parents.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance academic quality with student retention and business goals.
