Deskripsi pekerjaan Head Teacher Circle Time!
We are hiring for Head Teacher Role for our Preschool and Daycare programs in Green Lake City and Puri Cengkareng site to support the learning of children from 1-6 years old. As a Head Teacher at Circle Time, you’ll lead learning at the center, supporting teachers, guiding classrooms, and keeping our teaching joyful, high-quality, and consistent every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach, plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Ensure teaching quality through daily classroom presence and supervision.
- Maintain curriculum fidelity by validating lesson plans and managing implementation.
- Support teacher development with coaching, mentoring, and ongoing feedback.
- Facilitate reflections & evaluations to improve teaching and learning practices.
- Partner with the Center Director on children’s learning and development progress
- Lead and motivate the teaching team with empathy and clarity.
- Check and ensure the report is delivered in English and following learning objectives
- Lead the school event with clear instruction and structure

2. Skills and Competencies
- Strong in strategic and classroom management skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teachers with empathy and clarity.
- Skilled in collaborative lesson planning, reflection facilitation, and problem-solving.
- Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills (verbal and written in English and Indonesian Language).
- Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., lesson planners, observation forms, Google Workspace).
3. Foundation in Education
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Education (or related fields: Psychology, Family Studies, etc.)
- Knowledge of various pedagogical approaches (e.g., Montessori, thematic learning).
- Min. 2 years of teaching experience
- Min. 1 year of leadership experience
4. English Fluency
Sufficient to lead class in English and comfortable in basic daily conversation. Can be proven with any of the following:
- At least 1 yr teaching in English class or English-speaking school
- English test score (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.) or English course certification
- Experience overseas (living, studying, working)
5. [Optional] Additional Certifications
- Certification in Montessori
- Certification from education, psychology, health & nutrition workshop or course
