The ideal candidate for this position is a professional capable of designing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to support the performance of the sales team and increase the number of qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company’s sales objectives.
  • Creating materials and strategies that support the activities of the sales team.
  • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the sales team’s performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Understand the individual targets and needs of each sales team member.
  • Collaborate and build strong, cooperative relationships with business partners.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of market dynamics, the ability to work across teams, and a proactive approach to supporting business growth.
  • Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
  • Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (minimum 5 years preferred) Leader Position
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
  • Ability to plan, lead, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Strong organizational, negitiation and time management skills with attention to detail
