FishLog is a seafood platform that enables the national fisheries cold chain network through community involvement. We empower cold storage to increase its utility by connecting it with more fishermen, distributors, and buyers. Streamlining the seafood supply chain for all stakeholders. Building efficient processes, fair trade transactions, and sustainable distribution through technology.
Job description :
- Create Quality Framework and Management System
- Prepare Manpower Planning strategic for QC & QA to support all the Business Units
- Recommend adjustments to the quality management system and/or RM/Processing/FG Quality process manufacturing.
- Ensure the products testing to ascertain whether they meet required food safety regulations and customer requirements(include export requirements in seafood industry).
Requirement :
- Minimum of 5 years in food & seafood processing (from competitor of Fishlog will be preferable)
- Understanding ISO, Food and HACCP requirements for food safety regulations
- Detail oriented and working on tight deadline
- Able to work under pressure
