Deskripsi pekerjaan HEAD PRODUCTION GREEN ALUMINIUM
1. Production Planning
- Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans according to targets and orders
- Manage raw material, machine, and labor requirements
- Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, and Purchasing
2. Implementation & Supervision
- Lead and supervise production processes
- Ensure SOPs, K3, and 5R/5S are implemented on the production floor
- Resolve line issues: machine breakdowns, high reject rates, and material shortages
3. Quality Control & Efficiency
- Ensure products meet QC quality standards
- Reduce defects, waste, and machine downtime
- Increase machine productivity and OEE
