Deskripsi pekerjaan Head Partnership & Community PT. Holycat Labs Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale affiliate and partnership programs across Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Develop and manage creator and influencer partnerships for both awareness and conversion.
- Design customer lifecycle and retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and LTV.
- Build and activate Holycat’s community to drive loyalty, advocacy, and referrals.
- Track performance, run growth experiments and continuously optimize results.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in community, partnerships, influencer, affiliate, or CRM roles.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and creator-driven growth (Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Data-driven, structured thinker with strong execution ability.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High ownership, comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
