Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, and distribution of goods).
Ensure stock accuracy and smooth product distribution to stores/branches.
Supervise and conduct periodic stock opname/inventory audits.
Manage warehouse layout to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff.
Prepare regular inventory and warehouse performance reports.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Store Operations teams.
✅ Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering).
Minimum 3 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor/Head in retail or distribution company.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, assertive, and target-driven.
Willing to work in shifts if required.
