We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded tax professional to lead and expand our Tax Consulting practice. This is a leadership opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality tax advisory services, developing teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Tax Consulting team to deliver high-quality advisory services.
2. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting solutions to corporate clients.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
4. Review and oversee complex tax advisory projects and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve professional excellence.
6. Collaborate with management on business development and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in taxation and tax consulting.
- Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax advisory practices.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and business development capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
