ABOUT US
We are a founder-led, AI-first group in Gading Serpong. Our software division builds SaaS products for business owners. Our first product is in development, and we plan to launch several more. We build everything with AI-assisted development, so a small team can move very fast.
THE ROLE
You run the software division as its general manager. You own the product, the team, the budget and the results: users, revenue and growth. You decide what we build and how we take it to market. Developers and the group's Operations & Finance team support you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Product: own the vision, roadmap and priorities of every software product.
• Growth: take products from first users to a large, growing user base: onboarding, conversion, pricing, retention.
• Team: hire, lead and coach a small AI-native engineering team, including junior developers; set the standards for speed and quality.
• Delivery: run a fast shipping rhythm (weekly releases) using AI coding tools.
• Business: own the division's budget, metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, activation) and reporting to the founder.
• Portfolio: evaluate and launch new software products.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 6+ years in software, product management or engineering leadership.
• You have launched at least one software product and grown it to a significant number of users or revenue. Show us the numbers.
• You have led a software team (developers, designers, product).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development; you can still build a prototype yourself.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, conversion and growth.
• Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVE
• Founder or co-founder experience, even of a startup that did not succeed.
• B2B SaaS for SMEs.
• Experience in Indonesia and in international markets.
