We are looking for a strong and proactive Head of Social Media Manager to lead our social media team and manage multiple brands.
Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team.
Develop social media strategies, content plans, and creative concepts.
Manage multiple brands and ensure consistent quality and execution.
Take ownership of problems, deadlines, and results.
Communicate directly with clients, provide recommendations, and confidently handle feedback.
Monitor trends, performance, and continuously improve content and strategy.
Review and maintain the quality of all social media deliverables.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields.
Experience managing multiple brands/accounts.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a team.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, content strategy, and current trends.
Strong creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Portfolio is required.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, brings solutions, and can lead without constantly waiting for direction.
