Job Description
- Lead and supervise the security team to ensure safety and order across the venue.
- Develop and implement security procedures, emergency response plans, and crowd control measures.
- Monitor security operations, identify potential risks, and handle incidents effectively.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular briefings, training, and performance evaluations for the security team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security, with proven experience leading or supervising a security team.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, clubs, bars, or other high-traffic environments is preferred.
- Holds a valid Gada Pratama or relevant security certification.
- Martial arts or self-defense certification, such as Taekwondo, Karate, Pencak Silat, or equivalent, is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
