We are Junior Lab Indonesia, a Science Education Center based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and passionate leader to join us as Head of Science Teacher to lead our teaching team and elevate our hands-on Science experiment programs for young learners aged 4–12 years old, including in Christian schools.

Requirements:
- Female.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science or Education (Chemistry/Physics/Biology) with a minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Science
- Fluency in English (Both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in developing science curriculum, lesson planning, learning materials, and worksheets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, evaluate, and provide structured training/mentorship to Junior Science Teachers to ensure high-quality, engaging lessons
