Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales based in Makassar. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring that the sales team meets its objectives. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends
- Experience in Account Management and Team Management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Makassar
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- RProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in real estate/ property is a plus
- Target driven
