Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify, acquire, and build strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic business partners.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Expand the company's merchant and network by identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular business updates to management.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, pipeline management, and overall sales effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Proven experience working in the Fintech, Payment Gateway, Digital Payment, Financial Services, or related industry.
  • Strong track record of acquiring and managing B2B/enterprise clients, with experience handling complex sales cycles and high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
