Job Description :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Set sales targets, identifying target markets, and determining effective sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand the company's offerings and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the industry
- Monitor, analyze, and implement corrective action to sales performance to optimize sales targets
- Prepare regular sales performances, forecasts, reports, and presentations for management
- Oversee contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while safeguarding the company's interests
Job Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor's (S1) Degree from any major
- Minimum 28 years old with 7 - 10 yeas of experiences
- Come from similar industry (transportation / vehicle rental)
- Proven Experience in Sales Cycle (from plan to close)
- A deep understanding of the commercial vehicle rental and logistics industry
- Ability to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts
- Demonstrated skill in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
- Strong negotiation skills
- Competence in conducting market research
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Has exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skill
