HEAD OF ROOMS

Etta the Place is hotel, restaurants, events and creative projects - all under one roof in Brawa. We're opening the doors to something different in Bali. Etta the Place is a new hospitality concept. Think design-led, unconventional, a little unexpected.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Rooms to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Guest Experience operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Rooms Division operations

• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction

• Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams

• Monitor service standards, occupancy, and operational efficiency

• Develop and coach department leaders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Rooms Division leadership experience

• Experience in boutique hotels, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle properties

• Strong operational and people management skills

• Excellent English communication skills
