We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Renewal Sales to lead renewal and customer retention activities, ensuring the achievement of annual renewal targets within the ICT business.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Renewal Sales, Contract Management, or Customer Retention
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, analyze, and present data
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally and provide win-win solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual ICT renewal targets through collaboration with:
- Internal teams (Sales Account, Technical, Finance
- Principals (e.g. Oracle, Hitachi, Dell, Veritas, etc.)
- Distributors
- Plan and monitor the renewal pipeline and develop strategies to minimize renewal loss
- Conduct team performance reviews, improve team capability, and prepare reports for management
- Manage customer communication related to contract renewals, including timelines, terms & conditions, and agreements
