📍 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Location: Jakarta Pusat
• Employment Type: PKWTT (3-Month Probation)
• Working Type: Fully WFO
✅ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 10–15 years of experience in Project & Delivery Management
• Minimum 5 years leading a PMO or large-scale Project Management function
• Proven experience managing complex project portfolios and multi-stakeholder environments
• PMP/PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile/SAFe/Scrum certifications are highly preferred
• Strong understanding of PMO governance, project methodologies, portfolio management, and resource planning
• Experience with ITIL or COBIT is a plus
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
💼 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Define PMO strategy, governance, and project management standards
• Manage enterprise project portfolios, priorities, and resource allocation
• Oversee Project Managers and ensure successful project delivery
• Drive risk management, executive reporting, and continuous process improvement
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure business alignment
