Deskripsi pekerjaan HEAD OF PRODUCTION PT Ega Tekelindo Prima
Qualification :
- Age is minimum 33 years
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.2Â
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Head/Manager Production Preferably from manufacturingÂ
- Familiar with electrical international & national electrical standard (IEC, IEEE, ISO, DIN, PUIL,   SPLN, SNI)
- Knowledge of electrical system, preferably switchgear system including enclosure construction, engineering drawing, manufacturing processes and electrical parts or componentsHaving experience in 20kV electrical distribution
- Proficient in verbal and written English (TOEFL min 500/TOIEC min 650)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and Production processes, such as Auto Cad, Visio, PLC, etc.
- Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environmentAble to set priorities, plan and organize work required by his/her direct superior
- Strong analytical and   problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity with an appetite for exploring new and previously uncharted
- Strong leadership, influencing, motivational, and good interpersonal skill
- Capable of building strong working relationship and motivating teams to deliver outstanding result
