📌 Role Summary
Leads both Product Management and Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure SaaS products are strategically aligned with business goals and projects are delivered predictably. Acts as the bridge between business, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to drive innovation, adoption, and operational excellence.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Product Management
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead full product lifecycle: discovery → launch → growth → retirement.
• Mentor Product Managers & Owners, set OKRs, and improve processes.
• Drive customer research, analytics, and market intelligence.
• Own SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
Project Management
• Lead PMO and manage project portfolio.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, scope, cost, and risk.
• Ensure on time, on budget delivery with clear reporting.
• Standardize governance and delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Cross Functional Leadership
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Align priorities, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PDPA, and security/privacy standards.
• Establish product and project governance frameworks.
Budget & Resources
• Plan annual budgets, allocate resources, optimize costs, and monitor ROI.
Innovation
• Drive AI adoption, automation, and new product incubation.
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelors in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Product/Project/Tech leadership, with SaaS experience.
• Strong background in Agile delivery, PMO governance, and SaaS metrics.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, Cloud, CI/CD, GoodDay, PM tools, BI tools.
• Leadership skills: strategic thinking, customer focus, execution excellence, stakeholder management, innovation mindset.
