Job Description
- Lead and oversee the Marketplace Performance and Ads team, ensuring the team delivers quality analysis, recommendations, and campaign execution.
- Develop and guide Marketplace Performance & Ads strategies to improve client sales, conversion, GMV, and overall store performance.
- Analyze campaign and marketplace performance to identify key issues, root causes, and optimization opportunities, then translate insights into clear action plans for the team.
- Review and ensure the quality of the team's performance reports, insights, and recommendations before they are shared with clients or internal stakeholders.
- Monitor Ads performance and budget utilization across platforms, and ensure the team takes timely action based on campaign performance.
- Work directly with clients to discuss performance updates, insights, recommendations, and next steps, including regular performance meetings and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Account, Creative, Content, and other teams to address performance issues and improve campaign, creative, and store performance.
- Provide 1-on-1 coaching, feedback, and direction to team members to improve performance and develop their skills.
- Encourage the use of AI, automation, and new technologies to improve research, analysis, and day-to-day team efficiency.
- Ensure the team stays up to date with multi-platform Ads and analytics, including TikTok, Meta, marketplace platforms, and other relevant channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Marketplace, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience leading or managing a Performance Marketing/Marketplace team.
- Strong understanding of Marketplace Performance and Paid Ads, including GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
- Able to operate and manage Ads across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, Shopee, and other relevant marketplace platforms.
- Strong in data analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
- Good leadership, communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
