Deskripsi pekerjaan Head of Partnership PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia
- Represent Bobobox with various stakeholders that include key partners, individual, corporates, and government institutions
- Responsible for iterating Bobobox’s Business Model for partners and Formulating the competitive strategy that show how bobobox will gain and hold competitive advantage over competitors or potential new entrants
- Lead and manage Bobobox’s Business Development’s Department to deliver bobobox’s Business by Providing strategic direction and ensure the success of the team
- Lead Bobobox’s overall approach to strategy development, based on insight, intelligence and best practice to ensure the team achieves its key OKRs
- Ensure strategies are commercially focussed and outcome-based
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders and partners in the development of the Strategies
- Identify Business opportunities for Bobobox’s Business continuity
- Understand and map partners’ journey and develop strategies around solving partner’s pain points
- Oversee existing relationships with senior leaders at key partner organizations and ensuring service levels and expectations are met
- Work with partners to identify strategic opportunities for future collaboration and growth
- Help maintain partner’s satisfaction and partner’s referral
- 7+ years of work experience
- Prior experience in customer success, channel/partner management, consulting, business development or similar
- Strong interest in technology,hospitality startups, or government
- Microsoft Office and G-Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and development
- Deep understanding of value in recurring revenue business models
- Ability to listen to customers and decerns needs and value add opportunities, where they may not be obvious
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Willing and able to support operations in a fast-paced environment
- A creative problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to produce results
- Efficient, resilient, and flexible
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
