Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will oversee the company’s daily operations, drive excellence in service delivery, develop and implement operational strategies, and ensure optimal resource allocation. This role includes analyzing operational data, managing budgets, leading teams, and fostering effective communication between cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and resource optimization
- Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Experience in Team Management, including guiding, mentoring, and building team performance
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail
- Experience in a healthcare or service-oriented industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
