Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all offline sales channels (General Trade and Modern Trade), ensuring strong execution to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Manage offline sales budgets and cost efficiency within the assigned channels, ensuring profitability at the channel and account level.
- Develop and implement channel-specific sales strategies and trade programs to drive growth in general trade and modern trade.
- Oversee and strengthen the national distributor networks for offline channels, ensuring effective coverage, performance tracking, and scalability.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing offline sales team, building capability and succession pipelines within the sales function.
- Forecast demand for offline channels, allocate resources effectively, and adjust execution based on channel performance and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align offline commercial planning and trade execution.
- Continuously review and improve offline sales processes, systems, and tools to ensure operational excellence and agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics industries.
- Proven track record in driving offline sales performance and achieving revenue targets across general trade and modern trade channels.
- Strong experience in distributor management and retail execution, with deep understanding of GT/MT dynamics in Indonesia.
- Demonstrated success in developing channel-specific sales programs, trade promotions, and retail expansion strategies.
- Solid analytical skills with experience in channel-level forecasting, sales metrics, and financial performance tracking.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities, with experience building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to refine and scale sales processes, tools, and best practices to drive operational excellence.
