MASSHIRO&Co. is hiring for: Head of Marketing

MASSHIRO&Co. is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team and lead our brand, campaigns, and marketing team to drive growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Own revenue growth and profitability through data-driven campaigns that improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.

- Lead brand and end-to-end digital strategy across paid media, social, SEO, content, CRM, and marketplaces.

- Lead and develop the Marketing and Creative & Branding teams.

- Drive PR, partnerships, events, and community programs that build brand credibility and sales.

- Own the marketing budget, tracking ROI, ROAS, and CAC to protect profit margins.

Requirements

- 7+ years in marketing, including senior-level team leadership.

- Proven expertise in digital marketing: paid ads, social, SEO, CRM, and marketplaces.

- Strong analytical skills with ROI, ROAS, CAC, and customer lifetime value.

- Experience in brand strategy, PR, events, and community building.

- Budget ownership and strong collaboration with Sales and Operations.

The underlying philosophy at MASSHIRO&Co. is to create products that solve a universal problem: being stuck for too long in front of the closet each morning. Despite having full closets, unfortunately many of us constantly feel like we have nothing to wear.

That’s why we created our pieces to be simple and relevant for many different occasions and for any body shape and skin colour. They are so easily mixed and matched, dressed up or down, don’t wrinkle easily and make you look sophisticated at any time of day. Our goal is for these essentials to help you declutter and migrate to a closet that’s full of things you love to wear.
