Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role (Senior Manager or Head level).
- Industry Background: Strong background in Fintech, SaaS Retail, E-commerce, or Digital Banking. Direct experience managing POS, PPOB, or E-wallet products is highly preferred.
- Hybrid B2B & B2C Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing B2B marketing (merchant/SME acquisition) alongside B2C marketing (app user retention and engagement).
- Local Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Indonesian MSME landscape and digital consumer behavior, particularly in driving penetration into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
- Leadership Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
Job Description
- Formulate and execute a holistic, omnichannel marketing strategy to scale brand awareness, merchant acquisition (POS/PPOB), and E-wallet active usage.
- Develop and implement hyper-local marketing and ground activation strategies to penetrate the MSME (UMKM) segment across various regions.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Paid Ads, SEO/SEM, and App Store Optimization) to ensure optimal conversion funnels.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to optimize the user journey, improve onboarding, and minimize churn rates.
- Define clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with both micro-entrepreneurs/warung owners and general everyday consumers.
- Maintain and elevate the company’s brand reputation within the fintech space through PR initiatives, strategic events, and key industry partnerships.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and sustainable growth across all campaigns.
