- Plan & organize marketing functions (social media, creative content, digital marketing, promotion, branding, communication etc)
- Plan, design, and execute company branding & positioning strategies, make sure it’s in line with our values and deliver consistent and effective messages
- Create, develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organisation and track the sales and marketing performance metrics to reach the business targets
- Monitor KPIs and budget of the product and marketing team (Revenue, MAU, ROI of channels, user retention, CAC, campaign cost, etc)
- Identify industry trends and insights for inputs to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
- Oversee and groom the marketing team into a high performance and inquisitive team - always asking and thinking about the objective and why first, before deep-diving into initiatives
- Create brand & marketing guideline for all marketing functions
- Enhance the Marketing (Brand) team to create engaging marketing that is both effective and further affecting customer’s love for the Koreakeun brand
- Partner with other Leadership Team members to ensure alignment between business goals, resourcing, and budgets
- A Bachelor’s or Master degree, with minimum 5 years of experience of related experience. prior experience background in marketing, social media strategy, especially for fmcg/f&b/e-commerce/tech/startups/agency is a plus
- Action & result oriented, flexible, innovative, and able to work both independently and in team as well as direct others
- Have strong data analytics skills to understand the pain points, requirements and predict future behaviors of customers through a data-driven marketing approach.
- Extensive end-to-end knowledge and experience in creative productions & processes (video production, social media, graphic design, copywriting)
- Superb creativity, critical thinking and out of the box mindset and with good understanding of our users and company’s views, expectations, and positions
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills along with clear ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Experienced in managing distribution to modern retail channel or e-commerce
