We are looking for a talented, experienced, and proven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function, including omnichannel activities, and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business results.

Qualifications
1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields with 10+ years of marketing experience and 5+ years in an executive Leadership/Head role (F&B industry strongly preferred).
2. Omni-Channel & Digital Performance: Proven expertise in integrating Online-to-Offline (O2O) strategies and optimizing ad spend (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) to drive both physical store footfall and delivery app sales (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood).
3. Data Analytics & CRM Mastery: Adept at analyzing POS (Point of Sales), loyalty program, and consumer behavior data to craft personalized, high-ROI, and targeted promotional campaigns.
4. Brand & Community Building: Highly skilled in brand storytelling, modern KOL/influencer marketing, and cultivating an engaging, viral, and aesthetic F&B brand presence.
5. Local Store Marketing (LSM) & Geo-Targeting: Master of radius-based marketing tactics to accelerate performance and revenue for specific outlet locations.
6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
