- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (a Master’s degree or MBA is often preferred, especially for senior roles).
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership or management position.
- Proven experience in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Strong experience with branding, public relations, and corporate communications.
- Leadership and Management: Ability to manage and inspire a marketing team, work across departments, and align marketing with overall business goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Skilled at long-term planning, market analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using data to measure performance, ROI, and optimize marketing strategies (knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools).
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Experience managing a marketing budget and allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for internal collaboration and external brand representation.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and lead creative marketing campaigns with growth mentality.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to market trends, technological advancements, and consumer behavior shifts.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across departments.
- Design strategies for all members of the Marketing team.
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, unify, and report on team goals.
- Design branding and brand positioning strategies.
- Develop strong and consistent campaign branding across all marketing channels and efforts (email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials).
- Analyze consumer behavior and define customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, price changes, and new products and features).
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.
- Participate in monthly and annual planning of company goals.
- Maintain relationships with external parties such as media and associations.
