Job Description:
As the Head of Marketing at Kontrak Hukum, you will lead the marketing and business development strategies of the company. This role requires the ability to design and implement both digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll be responsible for guiding the team to meet company objectives through innovative, results-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and performance analytics.
- Event Management: Lead and coordinate various company events, such as workshops, webinars, and offline events, to boost brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with strategic partners to expand the business reach and add value to customers.
- Brand Strategy: Develop brand positioning strategies aligned with the company’s vision and target market, ensuring Kontrak Hukum’s brand remains relevant and prominent in the industry.
- Analytics and Reporting: Oversee and analyze the results of marketing activities, providing comprehensive periodic reports for evaluation and decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, including recruitment, training, and professional development to maximize team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, event management, and partnership development.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
