Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Promotion Head of Department at PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk in Cikarang Barat. The role involves overseeing market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations activities on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Market planning and marketing management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial or commercial real estate.
- Experience in market research and sales.
- Strong public relations skills, branding, digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent written and communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience and working with external agencies.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze market trends, and measure campaign success.
