Sebagai Head of LIVE Content di industri gaming, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan strategi konten live streaming, memastikan kualitas tayangan yang konsisten, dan menjaga interaksi dengan audiens secara aktif. Anda juga akan mengelola tim produksi, merencanakan acara live, serta menganalisis data performa untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye. Tugas utama meliputi pengeditan video, penyiapan materi promosi, dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk memastikan kesuksesan setiap sesi live.

Detail:

1. LIVE Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute LIVE content strategies to increase viewers, engagement, brand awareness, and game downloads.

Develop LIVE concepts, formats, themes, and content plans based on audience behavior and platform trends.

Determine suitable LIVE schedules, formats, and approaches for different social media platforms.

2. LIVE Performance & Analytics

Monitor and analyze LIVE performance, including viewers, engagement, retention, and conversion/download performance.

Identify factors affecting LIVE performance, including content format, host/talent, timing, duration, and audience interaction.

Develop actionable strategies to continuously improve LIVE performance.

3. Host & Talent Management

Identify and evaluate suitable hosts, talents, and creators for LIVE content.

Brief and guide hosts/talents on LIVE concepts, content flow, audience engagement, and promotional objectives.

Monitor host performance and provide feedback to improve viewer engagement and retention.

4. Content Development & Growth

Explore collaborations with creators, communities, and external partners to expand LIVE reach.

Work closely with the Social Media & Content team to repurpose successful LIVE content into short-form content.

Develop strategies to turn LIVE viewers into game users/downloaders.

Continuously test and develop new LIVE formats and concepts to grow audience and engagement.

What You Bring

Experience as a LIVE Host, Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role

Understanding of TikTok/social media algorithms and what drives views, engagement, and retention

Gaming industry experience, or experience growing/promoting gaming content via LIVE or short-form content, a big plus

Track record of growing views, engagement, or audience through LIVE/short-form content a big plus

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in LIVE streaming, LIVE content, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and growing LIVE content/audience from the ground up, including creating LIVE concepts, formats, and strategies, especially in a Gaming industry.

Experience working with hosts, streamers, KOLs, creators, or talents is a plus.
