Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and adapt client contracts and related legal documentation
• Track legal files and maintain document control for each transaction
• Coordinate signings, notaries, external advisors, and internal teams
• Review contractual comments and revisions from clients or legal representatives
• Provide legal support for transactions involving international clients
• Identify legal risks and operational implications in daily business activities
• Detect potential issues and contingencies before transaction completion
• Draft addendums, notices, legal communications, and supporting documents
• Support corporate and business matters related to projects and clients
• Monitor legal operational matters including payment issues, claims, delays, and
compliance
• Coordinate closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
• Support the improvement and streamlining of internal legal processes
• Ensure consistency between contracts, payments, milestones, and supporting
documents
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (SH); Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in legal, corporate, contract management, or business
legal support roles
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Good understanding of corporate law, commercial agreements, and business
transactions
• Experience coordinating with notaries, external legal advisors, and cross-functional
teams
• Strong ability to identify legal risks and contractual inconsistencies
• Familiarity with handling legal matters related to payments, claims, compliance, and
breaches
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple legal files and deadlines
simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong document control and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with Legal, Sales,
Finance, and Operations teams.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical legal solutions, not only
theoretical advice.
• Experience working with international clients or cross-border transactions is an
advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
