What You'll Do
- Partner directly with the CEO and senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor on organization development, talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management
- Lead and develop the HRGA team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Design and continuously improve organizational structures, job architecture, job grading, career development frameworks, and competency models to support business expansion
- Build and implement a comprehensive Performance Management System KPIs, appraisal processes, competency assessments, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) partnering with department heads on measurable performance objectives
- Develop, review, and maintain Company Regulations, HR policies, SOPs, and employment practices in full compliance with Indonesian labor law, including labor relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Review and improve the compensation and benefits framework salary structure, grading, incentive schemes, and employee benefits ensuring competitiveness and internal equity
- Drive recruitment strategy and employer branding to attract top talent; oversee onboarding, probation evaluations, employee development, leadership development, and succession planning
- Build employee engagement initiatives that strengthen retention and workplace culture
- Optimize HR systems, reporting, and people analytics to enable data-driven decisions, and lead continuous improvement of HR processes and efficiency
- Oversee General Affairs functions office facilities, asset management, vendor management, licensing, and workplace services ensuring a safe and well-run working environment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or Head of HR role
- Proven track record leading HR strategy while overseeing end-to-end HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law and HR best practices
- Demonstrated experience developing HR policies, Company Regulations, SOPs, organizational structures, job grading, compensation frameworks, and performance management systems
- Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and change management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing organization
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
