Responsibilities :
• KPI & Performance System
• Company-wide KPI framework fully implemented and linked to bonus and salary increment structures.
• Operational Discipline (5R)
• Structured 5R implementation with measurable compliance across production and warehouse.
• SOP & Quality Management System
• Standardized SOPs and QMS discipline established across all core departments.
• Legal & Safety Compliance
• Full compliance with labor, environmental, and occupational safety regulations with zero major violations.
• ISO 9001 & SNI Readiness
• Clear certification roadmap executed with measurable progress toward audit readiness.
• HRIS & Payroll Governance
• Accurate and disciplined payroll management through HRIS (Talenta preferred)
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in KPI system development,
SOP standardization, and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, environmental compliance, and occupational safety standards (K3).
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or SNI preparation is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build structured systems and enforce performance discipline.
• Strong leadership, assertiveness, and high integrity.
