HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES / STRATEGIC HR LEAD

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources who goes beyond traditional HR operations. This role is designed for a strategic HR leader who can architect people strategy, interpret human dynamics with precision, and translate C-level business direction into disciplined, measurable execution.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring organizational resilience, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable performance within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Human Capital Management
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and KPI management, leadership development, and organizational culture strengthening.
2. Strategic Business Partner to Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level executives and the Board of Directors by translating business strategy into structured HR roadmaps, policies, and execution plans aligned with organizational objectives.
3. Talent Intelligence & Organizational Risk Management
Continuously monitor workforce health, performance trends, engagement levels, and team dynamics. Identify early warning signals such as performance decline, internal friction, or disengagement, and escalate strategically when required.
4. Governance, Objectivity, and Fairness
Maintain a balanced and objective approach in managing company and employee interests, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and fairness in all HR decisions.
5. Data-Driven HR Leadership
Utilize HR technology, analytics, and KPI dashboards to support informed, timely, and accurate decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing HR end-to-end (recruitment, KPI systems, performance management, and culture).
Proven experience working directly with C-Level executives, Directors, or Founders.
Strong foundation in Strategic HR, organizational development, and people leadership.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
