We are seeking a hospitality leader who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and building meaningful guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest relations function across all outlets

• Handle VIP guests and guest recovery situations

• Monitor guest satisfaction and online reviews

• Develop guest engagement strategies

• Train teams on hospitality and service excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality or guest relations

• Experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, or hospitality brands

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent English, written and verbal
