Level : Head / Department Head

Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory, with 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting and at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Background from start-up or high-growth companies is a big plus.
- Proven experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and overseeing month-end/year-end closing processes across the organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK, IFRS) and local tax regulations (Ppn, Pph21, Pph23, etc), with experience coordinating external audits, regulatory compliance, and financial due diligence.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data, manage financial risks, perform strategic financial analysis, and provide recommendations to support executive-level decision making.
- Expert proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and strong communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Working Scope :
- Financial Strategy & Leadership. Develop and lead the company’s financial strategy including long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting while providing financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making and sustainable business growth.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance. Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with PSAK standards while managing tax reporting, external audits, and ensuring strong internal financial controls.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management. Monitor company cash flow, banking relationships, funding requirements, and working capital management to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Financial Analysis & Business Partnering. Provide in-depth financial analysis, evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and investments.
- Team & Process Management. Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, improve financial systems and reporting processes, implement efficient workflows, and ensure strong financial governance across the organization.
