Mangkuluhur Residences by LORIN is looking for a Head of Finance (Hotel) to join our team.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance, including 2 years in Hotel industry
- Understand Hotel Financial Reports
- Understand Company Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
- Strong in Budgeting & Cost Control
- Familiar with PSAK & Taxation
- Proficient in Excel & Accounting / Hotel Systems

- Detail-oriented, accurate, and high integrity
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to work under targets & deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel financial reports
- Prepare budget & financial analysis
- Control costs & cash flow
- Coordinate with Operator & Owning Company
