- Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance, Accounting, and Tax processes, including operational and strategic functions.
- Proven experience in leading Finance & Accounting functions and managing finance teams.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Strong capability in tax calculation, tax compliance, and corporate tax reporting.
- Experienced in developing, implementing, and improving Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel, and familiar with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, discipline, accountability, strong work ethic, and a continuous learning mindset.
