Qualification:
- Min Bachelor Degree in
- Min 7-10 years experience in Financial Industries (Securities) or with good client base
- Able to communicate in English
Job Description:
- Achieving retail and institutional equity sales target.
- Retail Equity Sales: Lead and manage the Retail Equity business to drive revenue growth and service excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Institutional Equity Trading: Oversee the execution of equity trades on behalf of institutional clients, ensuring best execution practices, compliance with regulations, and efficient trade settlement.
- Financial Reporting: Present financial report to senior management, including revenue and profitability analysis.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure the compliance with prevailing regulation and regulator: OJK, KSEI, KPEI¸ PPATK and IDX and other related regulators.
- Risk Management:
a. Ensure proper and sufficient documentation for Institutional and Equity Retail customers.
b. Avoid market makers who play in poor quality stocks.
c. Provide Fund Fact Sheet (FFS) of customers product regularly to Risk Management.
