Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance activities for the upkeep of buildings, landscapes, vehicles, and offices and related building facilities ensure all mechanical and electrical machineries are in good working conditions through the implementation of efficient maintenance programmes.
- To advise the management on technical matters and to ensure that the maintenance department runs smoothl.
- To plan, implement and administer energy management programmes, maintenance records and report regularly to Management.
- To ensure the effective operations of all mechanical and electrical system and equipment by implementing and managing preventive maintenance.
- To ensure staff awareness of energy management and matters related to efficient operation of equipment in a cost-effective manner.
