Deskripsi pekerjaan Head of E-Commerce Bstores Indonesia
A fast growing startup company in sport nutrition, health and wellness stores is currently
looking for a tech savvy Head of E-Commerce who has industry experience in health and wellness
retail with multiple brands category.This role is base in North Jakarta and responsible to build and
maintain with new and existing suppliers. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence
minds and make a positive difference to Bstores and to your career.
Requirement
● Male/female, age: Max 35 years old
● Bachelor’s Degree major in Management, Marketing, Communication, Bussiness, or equivalent
● Preferably 3 years experience in retail company, e-commerce or related positions
● Having a good professional attitude, good interpersonal communication skills, leadership, energetic team player as well as negotiation skills
● Strong attention to details and flexible to responsive changes
● Fluent in English in both written and oral is preferable
● Enjoys gym or sports activity is preferable
Responsibility
● Manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional digital marketing campaigns and other online marketing, customer service, web analytics and web technologies
● Generate and implement new sales and digital marketing campaign initiatives to increase eCommerce and market place sales and profitability
● Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results related to eCommerce, drawing conclusions and communicate relevant information to team members, and executive
● Experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce and knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
● Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
● KPI reporting sales and marketing analysis in the form of monthly periodic report would be required to report to the Director
