Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Digital Marketing or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media management
- Familiar with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms
- Experienced in social media analytics and reporting
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital ads, and online campaign optimization
- Frequently uses AI tools for marketing activities and content creation
- Creative, analytical, and target-oriented
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling multi-platform digital campaigns
- Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and content management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth
- Lead and manage all digital marketing activities across multiple platforms
- Handle and optimize social media campaigns, content planning, and audience engagement
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare performance reports for social media and digital campaigns
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and online visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams for branding, promotional campaigns, and creative content development
- Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content generation, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
