Job description for Head of Digital Marketing at Glints

We’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our Central Marketing team, to build world-class digital marketing capabilities in the organization to ensure we’re scaling our digital investment effectively.
We’re looking for an exceptional leader, a coach, and a team player who has a proven track record of building strong marketing teams consisting of subject-matter experts while partnering with other marketing leaders to achieve the business goals (both B2C and B2B).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Co-own the business metrics from various product lines by crafting digital marketing strategies and leading the development & execution
- Built rigorous experiment processes to optimize weekly performance across digital channels
- Best in class processes to scale marketing operation across products and countries
- Building marketing analytic capabilities to enable data-driven optimization and decision making
- Built and optimized ROAS (return on ads spend) model to increase efficiency based on business needs
- Providing consultation and overseas marketing technology investment for marketing leaders in the organization.

Who We Are Looking For
- Min. 8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Passionate about digital advertising, analytics, and driving measurable results
- Leadership and Team Building (regional across countries)
- Ability to share/present complex results of the analysis in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action
- Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, tight deadline-oriented environment
- An outcome-driven, creative thinker with an innovative bent on problem-solving.
- Strategic planning - crafting and balancing between long-term value and short-term gain, turning strategy into processes and execution.
