Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or Marketing.
- 3–5 years of experience in the creative or digital marketing field (F&B/Retail industry experience is highly preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid technical expertise in visual assets production (Design, Photography, Videography, and Pre-print).
- Up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms and digital trends.
- Capable of handling creative strategic planning and budget allocation.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset and a highly organized, collaborative work style.
