About the Role
Quba Daycare & Preschool is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as Head of Daycare. This key leadership position ensures the highest standards of care, learning, and overall well-being of young children in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
As the Head of Daycare, you will lead a team of educators and caregivers in daily operations, develop and oversee learning programs based on the Montessori inspired, Play-Based Learning, Islamic Behaviour, and serve as the main liaison between the daycare and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the daycare.
Design and evaluate curriculum with teachers based on Montessori Inspired, Play-Based Learning, Islamic behaviour, and child developmental psychology principles.

Mentor, supervise, and support the teaching and caregiving staff.
Maintain professional and transparent communication with parents.
Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all children.
Monitor and assess child development on a regular basis.
Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and staff scheduling efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Psychology (Master’s degree preferred).
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in daycare management or early childhood education.
Holds a Montessori certification (Montessori Diploma preferred).
Strong leadership skills and sound decision-making abilities.
Creative and innovative in developing child-centered programs and activities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in time management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
